Red is the color of my love

Dark as the night, hot as the sun

Like a dread under your skin

Like a song that pulls you in

I’ll pick you a thousand roses

With poison on the thorns

Prick your heart and you won’t notice

I’ve started a war (i’ve started a war)

Piece by piece, I’m taking you apart

Follow me, I’ll lead you through the darkness

Taste so sweet, but bitter in my heart

Look at what you started

Red is the color of my love

Dark as the night, hot as the sun

Like a dread under your skin

Like a song that pulls you in

Like a lullaby, by-by-by

You get me out of your mind, mind, mind

Red is the color of my love

Dark as the night, hot as the sun

La-la-la

The color of my love

La-la-la

The color of my love

La-la-la

The color of my love

Dark as the night, hot as the sun

Red is, the color of my love

La-la-la

The color of my love

La-la-la

The color of my love

Dark as the night, hot as the sun

I know all your little secrets

Did you think that I’d forget?

The first cut always goes the deepest

You ain’t seen nothing yet (ain’t see nothing yet)

Piece by piece, I’m taking you apart

Follow me, I’ll lead you through the darkness

Taste so sweet, but bitter in my heart

Look at what you started

Red is the color of my love

Dark as the night, hot as the sun

Like a dread under your skin

Like a song that pulls you in

Like a lullaby, by-by-by

You get me out of your mind, mind, mind

Red is the color of my love

Dark as the night, hot as the sun

La-la-la

The color of my love

La-la-la

The color of my love

La-la-la

The color of my love

Dark as the night, hot as the sun

Like a lullaby, by-by-by

You get me out of your mind, mind, mind

Red is the color of my love

Dark as the night, hot as the sun
